Sterilizer - UHT

          UHT Technology, used for the sterilization of foods with low acid content, involves heating the products until they reach a temperature above 135°C. It destroys all microorganisms, ensuring that the final product is suitable for distribution at ambient temperature.

UHT or Ultra High Heat treatment requires a sterilizer and aseptic unit (for packaging the product). It is used for products with low acid content (above pH 4.6) such as UHT milk, UHT flavored milk, UHT creams, soy milk and other dairy alternatives.

          The İO Teknik UHT unit is a process unit for the highly efficient, continuous, very high temperature processing of dairy products. The unit has an aseptic design and uses a tube or plate heat exchanger for indirect heating with capacities between 1,000 l/h and 40,000 l/h to obtain products that can be stored at ambient temperatures.

          The İO Teknik UHT unit is suitable for dairy products such as milk, flavored milk, cream, yogurt drinks, buffalo milk and formulated dairy products, as well as other low acid products such as soy milk. It is also possible to use it with non-dairy applications such as fruit juice, tea and coffee.
