Standardizer
İO Teknik automatic standardization units are used for the standardization of fat, protein, total solid and non-solid fats in milk and cream immediately after the cream separator. It can work continuously in synchronization with the pasteurizer, cream separator and homogenizer. The fat content can be adjusted according to the desired value of the recipe. The control of the unit can be done with the unit's own control cabinet or via the pasteurizer's control unit.
İO Teknik chassis mounted modular standardization systems are produced with in-line technology for milk and cream, flavored milk, milk and powder production for fermented products, cheese milk, ice cream mix and many other dairy product applications.
Between 5,000 lt/h - 50,000 lt/h capacities , with a standardization sensitivity of up to ±%0.01, Milk Standardization, Cream Standardization, Full Fat, Semi-Fat, Non-Fat are provided with high precision standardization. With density-measuring Mass and Electromagnetic Flowmeters and Samson proportional valves, the system performs high precision measurements and adjusts the fat ratio and cream percentage. The system is supplied with Siemens PLC and stainless steel electrical panel. It is easily connected to the separator or pasteurizer in DIN or SMS norms and the necessary communication protocols are provided.
